Drugs, baby, drugs

The month I conceived Andy I started a whole bevy of OTC supplements that the internet assured me would help:
  1. B6 to help with my short luteal phase (8-10 days long only, more 8 than 10).
  2. Guaifenesin, ala Robitussin (to help with my Dry and Arid Cervical Mucas)(Sorry about that)
  3. Fishoil with DHA (no idea how this helps)
  4. DHEA - supposed to help ladies with elevated FSH levels (more on that later)
  5. Prenatals (of course)
  6. Baby Aspirin (this is new, as of today) (and I'm not sure what it does)
  7. Soy Isofavones (this will be new, as of whenever it arrives)
When we decided to start trying again the week of Andy's first birthday - I hit the stores and started items 1-5 immediately.

Current concerns are:
  • Elevated FSH levels (they were elevated 2 yrs ago, I assume it is worse now)
  • Short Luteal Phase
  • NOW elongated Ovulatory phase (which makes rotten eggs from what I understand)
  • Wasn't even sure I was going to ovulate, it took so long'
  • WTF - weeks of positive OPKs
  • Hardly any CM to speak of...and don't ask my what type.  I don't know.
As always - I think this helps me feel like I'm taking some control over things more than anything.  but perhaps not.

Did I mention I like lists?  I always have.
